First Training Session

Our trainers build a specific plan to meet your goals. We start out by building a foundation and work our way towards making your workouts as efficient as possible. We offer 30 minute sessions to an hour depending on your preference.

39 years with Shape-Up and Certified by ACE and AFAA, Robert specializes in anti-aging, longevity, and nutrition. He knows what he’s doing and brings his 'A' game every day. His positive attitude is infectious!


Group Exercise Director | Executive Trainer | Nutrition Coach

Certified by National Council on Strength and Fitness, Denise is a versatile trainer for all ages and levels incorporating strength, power, balance, and HITT workouts, with attention to healthy eating for overall health, longevity and enhanced quality of life.


Personal Trainer | Membership Director

Certified by The American Council on Exercise, Take your workouts to the next level! Eric enjoys helping people create and meet their fitness goals. With a background consisting of many different workout styles he will tailor your routine to meet your specific goals.


Executive Trainer

Jason has 15 years experience and 11 years with Shape-Up. He will create a workout individually designed to meet the specific goals of each client, whether a college/high school athlete desiring enhanced sport performance and endurance or an individual who wants to develop more strength, balance and flexibility.


Personal Trainer

Shirley has been a fitness professional since 2001 and is certified in a wide variety of Fitness Formats including HIIT, Weight Lifting, Dance, Mat-Pilates, CrossFit, and Yoga. She also specializes in weight loss and marathon/obstacle race preparation.

Tony provides personal solutions by tailoring fitness programs to accommodate each client’s unique situation. Giving positive reinforcement along with is ability to demonstrate each exercise properly, makes his workout secessions a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
